Saeeda Khanam's career in payroll began where payroll itself begins — at ADP (Automatic Data Processing) in Sacramento, California, in 1997. Working directly at ADP headquarters gave Saeeda a foundational understanding of payroll systems, tax compliance, and client service that has defined her career ever since.

From ADP, Saeeda went on to build and manage payroll operations across industries that most professionals never touch. At Pick-N-Pull, she completely established in-house payroll from scratch — replacing outsourced processing and single-handedly managing weekly payroll for 500 employees across 23 locations in 6 states. She managed 401K plans, insurance benefits, employee files, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Her expertise scaled dramatically at Waste Connections Inc., where as Payroll Supervisor she oversaw weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing for over 6,000 employees across multiple states — one of the largest payroll operations in the Sacramento region. She managed ADP PayForce, E-Time systems, employment verifications, garnishments, severance agreements, and relocation payments.

At Cox Automotive / AutoTrader / DealerTrack, Saeeda served as HR/Payroll Administrator, managing payroll for 600+ permanent employees on bi-weekly and semi-monthly cycles, plus 300+ temporary employees from multiple staffing agencies. She used ADP PayForce, ADP Quickview, ADP PCPW, Hosted Gateway, eTIME, ReportSmith, and SAP.

Saeeda's excellence was formally recognized when she was solely selected from the state of California to receive the ADP World Class Customer Service Award — a distinction that speaks to her dedication, accuracy, and professionalism.
