We can manage your existing platform or help you evaluate and migrate to a solution that better fits your business needs. Our founder, Saeeda Khanam, has 30+ years of experience across all of these platforms.
How quickly can you set up payroll for a new business?
For most businesses, we can have your payroll system fully configured and ready to process within 5-10 business days. This includes platform setup, employee data entry, tax account registration, direct deposit configuration, and a test payroll run to verify accuracy. For businesses migrating from another provider, the timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the transition.
Do you handle multi-state payroll?
Yes, multi-state payroll is one of our specialties. We manage payroll for businesses with employees across multiple states, handling the varying state income tax rates, reciprocity agreements, state unemployment insurance requirements, and state-specific compliance regulations. Saeeda Khanam has managed multi-state payroll across all 50 states throughout her 30-year career.
Can you help me switch from my current payroll provider?
Absolutely. We handle the entire migration process, including transferring employee data, tax history, benefit deductions, and garnishment orders to the new platform. We coordinate the transition timeline to ensure zero disruption to your payroll cycle and verify all data accuracy before your first payroll run on the new system.
What pay frequencies do you support?
We support all standard pay frequencies: weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly. We can also accommodate special pay runs for bonuses, commissions, severance, or other off-cycle payments. If your business has different employee groups on different pay schedules, we manage all of them seamlessly.

Tax Filing & Compliance
What tax filings do you handle?
We handle all payroll-related tax filings including: Form 941 (Quarterly Federal Tax Return), Form 940 (Annual FUTA Tax), state unemployment tax filings, state income tax withholding returns, local/city tax filings, year-end W-2 preparation and filing with the SSA, 1099-NEC/MISC for independent contractors, and any amended returns that may be needed.
What happens if a tax filing error occurs?
In over 30 years of managing payroll tax filings, our error rate is virtually zero. However, in the rare event that an error occurs on our part, we take full responsibility for correcting the filing and managing any communication with the IRS or state agencies. We work directly with the relevant tax authority to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can you help with back taxes or previous filing issues?
Yes, we regularly help businesses resolve past payroll tax issues, including late filings, incorrect returns, and outstanding penalties. We can file amended returns, negotiate with the IRS or state agencies on your behalf, and bring your tax accounts into full compliance. Accounting Services
What accounting software do you work with?
As a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, we are most specialized in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. However, we also work with Xero, FreshBooks, Wave, and other accounting platforms. If you are not currently using accounting software, we can recommend and set up the best solution for your business.
Can you handle both payroll and accounting for my business?
Yes, and this is actually one of the most valuable service combinations we offer. When we manage both your payroll and accounting, the two systems are perfectly integrated — payroll expenses flow directly into your books, tax withholdings reconcile automatically, and you get a complete, accurate picture of your business finances without any manual data entry between systems.
Notary Services
Where do you offer notary services?
We provide notary services throughout the Central Valley and Bay Area regions of California, including Sacramento, Stockton, Lodi, San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, and surrounding communities. We offer mobile notary services, meaning we come to your preferred location — home, office, hospital, or any other convenient meeting place.
What types of documents can you notarize?
We notarize a wide range of documents including real estate closing documents, loan signing packages, power of attorney, trust documents, affidavits, business formation documents, contracts, and more. For real estate transactions, we are experienced with both residential and commercial closing packages.
Do you offer same-day notary appointments?
